My Voice Survey - Data Analysis Remote ConsultationOne-hour online session: Participants speak directly with an experienced Aspirations Coach who has reviewed their survey results and will assist them in understanding and analyzing their data to identify trends.
My Voice Action Day 1: Data Analysis & Self Worth Full-day on-site session: Provides school staff with a thorough introduction of Aspirations and the 8 Conditions. The instructor will give participants practice in analyzing and interpreting the My Voice Survey results using their data in order to get an idea of trends that may emerge in the data.
My Voice Action Day 2: Active Engagement & Purpose Full-day on-site session: Continues from the Day 1 session. The Aspirations Coach provides follow-up and review of the actions and strategies implemented related to Guiding Principle of Self-Worth. The Coach provides an analysis of the remaining two Guiding Principles: Active Engagement and Purpose by examining each of the final five of the 8 Conditions.
My Voice Action Day 3: Aspirations Profile Full-day on site session: Provides a simple framework for understanding the patterns of behavior that impact students’ ability to reach their hopes and dreams. If educators have a clearer sense of where students fit into the Aspirations Profile, they may find it easier to provide opportunities that help students reach their fullest potential.
NNAT – 2: Identifying Gifted Children Half-day session: Participants examine the various definitions for gifted, the diverse characteristics of gifted children, and the challenges that schools face in appropriately identifying them.
Understanding the NNAT-2 Data Half-day session: Tailored to educators using the NNAT-2 as part of their gifted education program, this learning session guides them through the various reports and helps them understand the data represented.
Gifted Education Classroom Programming Half-day session: Gives instructional strategies that research has identified as the effective for gifted students. The participants will then begin the process of making effective decisions about the implementation of strategies based upon their NNAT 2 data.
Stanford – 10: Using Stanford Results and Differentiation Strategies Full-day session: Offers a model for thinking about what student data is collected and how it is used to make data-driven decisions regarding students, curriculum and systems.
